Needed some help with my dryer and found Phoenix Dryer Repair by searching online. Gotta say, they really came through. The tech, maybe John or Mike, showed up on time, didn’t keep me waiting. Got right to it. My Samsung dryer was acting all kinds of weird, not drying clothes at all. But this guy? Total pro. Took a quick look, figured the problem – something with the heating element, I think? Anyway, he fixed it fast. Also, didn't make a mess, which is always a plus. Price wasn’t bad either. I’m impressed. If you’re in Phoenix and your dryer’s driving you nuts, these guys are solid. Seriously, for anything to do with Phoenix dryer repair, I'd call them again. Dishwashers, maybe not, but dryers? Absolutely. Five stars.
